Terms of Service

SET UP AND GO / VIP DAY / DAY RATE / INTENSIVE


By booking your appointment, checking the terms box, and submitting payment, you ("Client") agree to retain CLICKTOSELL INC. ("Service Provider"), to provide Shopify website services and/or related marketing support under the SET UP AND GO intensive ("Intensive"), and you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.


During this intensive, Service Provider agrees to devote up to 6 hours on assignments to be determined by Client, as well as 45 minutes for a kick-off call, 1 hour for post-intensive revisions and 30 days of post-intensive messaging support via Slack (not email) from Monday to Thursday 11am to 2pm ET.


Work will be performed at the offices of the Service Provider, but occasionally may take place at other locations, as required. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Client. Work will normally occur between the hours of 10a - 4p ET on weekdays.


During the 30 days of post-intensive support, the Client will be able to message Service Provider with any questions or concerns about the work that was performed during the intensive, and will receive a reply via message or video tutorials. This support period does not include additional Shopify, strategy, or marketing implementation work that exceeds what was done during the intensive.  If the Client has additional work that needs to be performed, Client will have the option to book another day or a half-day intensive. Access to communication messages is not guaranteed and is expected to be unavailable after 30 days.


Payment for these services will be to the Service Provider at the rate of $1,500 for a full-day. If the optional 50% deposit option is chosen, the remaining balance will be due the day before the intensive date, and billed automatically with the card on file. Any one-time pricing or introductory rates are not expected to be honored during additional bookings.


Services in addition to the intensive will be made available by Service Provider at the current daily or half-day rate, and will be billed separately. Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately. Examples of such expenses are: premium font licenses, 3rd party application services, ad spend.


The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.  


Client understands that any written statements, images, audio recordings or video recordings of Client while participating in the intensive and made on behalf of the Service Provider may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting the Service Provider. Client authorizes the Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical information, and the written or recorded statements.


This purchase is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice. The transfer of the service date may be made one time only and within 60 days.


The Client's deposit is valid for 60 days, and must be used within that time frame. In the event the intensive fails to occur within 60 days, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days prior to their booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the intensive will be terminated. If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 60 days, the original deposit may, at the Service Provider's discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current intensive rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.


If the Service Provider is unable to perform the services on the scheduled date due to illness, medical emergency, acts of God (including but not limited to hurricanes), civil unrest, failure of utilities (including internet or power outages), or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Service Provider, such non-performance shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement. In such event, the Service Provider shall promptly notify the Client and both parties agree to reschedule the Intensive to a mutually acceptable date. No refunds shall be issued under these circumstances.

 

From time to time, the Service Provider may offer limited-time bonuses or special inclusions as part of the Intensive. Such bonuses are provided at the Service Provider’s discretion and are non-transferable and with no cash value. Future pricing for any Set Up and Go or related services is subject to change without notice, and any rescheduled or new bookings will be billed at the current rate at the time of booking.

 

Referral Bonus – Client may receive a choice of one of the following: A) a one-time $200 referral bonus, or B) 15% off of a future Set Up And Go VIP Day within 6 months of the referral's order date. To qualify as a referral: new client who books a Full Set Up And Go VIP Day, completes payment, and completes the Day. The referring client will be notified by email on file and have 7 days to choose their bonus. If the client does not choose their bonus within 7 days, option B will be initiated.

 

Returning Clients – After your Set Up And Go VIP Date is complete, returning clients are eligible for a one-time 10% discount on one future full-day Intensive booked within 6 (6) months of their original session.

 

GROWTH BLUEPRINT

Outcome Guarantee: The Service Provider guarantees that the Client will receive a comprehensive audit and prioritized checklist identifying the highest-impact opportunities to improve revenue performance, along with a 60-minute review call to walk through findings and next steps. If, after receiving the completed Growth Blueprint and attending the review call, the Client does not feel they have gained clear and actionable insight into at least two areas of improvement they would rate 9/10 for clarity, the Service Provider will provide one complimentary refinement of the Blueprint and a 20-minute follow-up call within seven (7) calendar days. To qualify for this guarantee, the Client must (a) attend the scheduled review call, (b) provide written feedback outlining what was unclear within 24 hours of the call, and (c) schedule the follow-up call within the seven-day window. This guarantee does not extend to implementation, ongoing strategy, or new project scopes beyond the original Growth Blueprint.

 

RETAINER SERVICES

All retainer services are billed monthly in advance and require 30 days’ written notice to cancel after the initial service term of 90 days. Notice of cancellation starts from the date it is received in writing (email is acceptable). Because billing occurs in advance, payments that fall within the 30-day notice period are still due and non-refundable.

If access to accounts or communication is revoked before the end of the notice period, that does not void the final payment obligation. Services remain available through the end of the notice period.

Any adjustments to ongoing service rates (such as scope expansions or additional deliverables) will be confirmed in writing and reflected in future invoices or payments. Continued payment of the updated amount constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

 

COMMUNICATION

By completing your purchase, you consent to receive transactional emails, reminders, and relevant marketing communications from CLICKTOSELL INC. at the email address and phone number provided during booking. These messages are part of delivering your purchase and keeping you informed about updates, bonuses, and related offers, in full compliance with email marketing regulations.
