RETAINER SERVICE BILLING

Retainer agreements for ongoing services (not VIP Days) are billed monthly in advance and require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Notice of cancellation starts from the date it is received in writing (email is acceptable). Payments that fall within the 30-day notice period are still due and non-refundable.

If access to accounts or communication is revoked before the end of the notice period, that does not void the payment obligation.

Any adjustments to ongoing service rates (such as scope expansions or additional deliverables) will be confirmed in writing and reflected in future invoices or payments.
